- March 6th, 2023: submission deadline for abstracts of contributed talks.
- March 13th, 2023: deadline for student support applications.
- March 13th, 2023: submission deadline for posters.
- March 28th, 2023: notification of acceptance for student support grants.
- April 11th, 2023: notification of acceptance for contributed talks and posters. Invited talks in invited sessions are automatically accepted, no notification needed.
- May 1st, 2023: deadline for early-bird registration.
- June 22nd, 2023: registration deadline.
