Student Support

Applications for student support are now closed.

The conference offers support grants for PhD students and postdocs, funded by the APS.

These grants include:
  • Conference registration (value 175€).
  • Gala dinner (value 70€).
  • Financial contribution to travel and/or accommodation.
The grants will be allocated with priority to students presenting talks and with greater distance (cost) of travel.
 
To apply for a grant, e-mail to us your motivation letter, no later than March 13th, 2023, in which you indicate your institution, research topic, supervisor name(s), location from which you will be travelling to Nancy, and if you are intending to present a talk or a poster. In the latter case, please provide title and abstract of your talk/poster following the submission procedure.
 
A recommendation letter from your advisor/supervisor is also welcome, possibly indicating the reasons why you need this financial support. Successful applicants will be notified by March 28th, 2023.
